Group Information

The list below is some of the current active groups.  Any group without specific contact information can be reached through the Church Office.

Chancel Choir

During the Winter months, the Chancel Choir meets on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 p.m., as well as on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m.  During the Summer months, the Chancel Choir takes occasional breaks, and practices periodically on Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m.  The Choir provides and leads the congregation in music worship every Sunday morning Sept. - May. They provide special music on Christmas and Easter Worship Service.

Middle School & High School Youth

The Middle School and High School Youth Group meets the first and third Sunday of each month.  On those Sundays, our Youth attend the Journey's Inn Praise Service at 9:00 am, Youth Sunday School at 10:00 am, and at 11:15 am the group meets in the Fellowship Hall for team building activities, and calendar planning. 

Children's Groups

Camp Jesus Summer Children
This year the Camp Jesus was offered on Friday evenings.  This provideed an opportunity for Mom and Dad to bring their children to church for some interactive and constructive fun and fellowship.  This year Miss Grace taught again!
Camp Jesus ended with a Family Evening at Alfonzo's in Maryville.

Vacation Bible School
Vacation Bible School was offered this year from August 4th-August 8th.  It was a daytime Bible School this year from 9:00 a.m. until noon.  The Theme for the week was "Surfin' Through the Scriptures."  The children learned Beach Be-Attitudes:  Be Obedient, Be Kind, Be Forgiving, Be Bold and Believe! 

United Methodist Men

The United Methodist Men meet on the 2nd Saturday of each month at 8:00am for breakfast and fellowship.  They work on fundraising, building improvements, and mission projects.  The Men are hosting a Yard Sale on September 20, 2008.

United Methodist Women

The United Methodist Women meet on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:00pm.  The purpose of UMW is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ: to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand...participation in the Global Ministries of the Church.
